Industrial Chillers, Sized to Your Process — Not a Catalog Number

Air- and water-cooled process chillers from +40°C down to −80°C ultra-low. Half ton to 30 ton, made to order, and engineered to your actual heat load, fluid, and ambient — because an undersized chiller costs more than the right one.

What We Do

Process cooling without the guesswork.

An industrial chiller holds your process at exactly the temperature it needs — for extraction, pharmaceutical reactors, semiconductor tools, lasers, food and beverage, and 20+ other applications. AG Chill sizes every system on real thermodynamics and builds to order, so you get a chiller matched to the job instead of the nearest number in a catalog.

The Lineup

Five Series. Every Process Temperature.

From standard process cooling to −80°C ultra-low. Pick by the temperature your process needs to hold.

Heat Rejection

Air-Cooled or Water-Cooled

Air-Cooled

Rejects heat straight to the surrounding air — no cooling tower or water supply to plumb. Simplest to install and the usual choice for small-to-mid capacity in moderate ambient conditions. Allow clearance for airflow.

Water-Cooled

Rejects heat to a water loop or cooling tower. More efficient at high capacity or high ambient temperatures, and typically preferred for large systems and ultra-low-temperature work. AG Chill offers both across every series.

Industrial Chiller FAQ

An industrial chiller is a refrigeration system that removes heat from a process fluid (water, glycol, or a low-temperature heat-transfer fluid) and holds it at a precise temperature. It circulates that cooled fluid to equipment — reactors, extraction systems, lasers, molds, condensers — that must stay within a tight temperature range to run correctly.

AG Chill spans five series: Standard to +4°C (40°F), Low Temp (LT) to −12°C (10°F), Extra Low Temp (ELT) to −30°C (−22°F), Super Low Temp (SLT) to −50°C (−58°F), and Ultra Low Temp (ULT) to −80°C (−112°F). ULT is deep-refrigeration, not cryogenic — cryogenic begins below about −150°C.

Sizing depends on your heat load, the fluid, the flow rate, the target temperature, and the ambient conditions — not just tonnage. AG Chill's sizing calculator computes the real load from those inputs, including phase-change effects for solvents, then an engineer confirms it. Guessing on tonnage is the most common and most expensive chiller mistake.

Air-cooled chillers reject heat to the surrounding air and are simplest to install (no cooling tower or water supply). Water-cooled chillers reject heat to a water loop or tower, run more efficiently at high capacity or high ambient temperatures, and are usually preferred for large or ultra-low-temperature systems. AG Chill offers both across the series.

From half a ton up to 30 tons, in portable, central, and custom-packaged configurations. When a standard model does not fit the application, AG Chill builds to order.
