AG Chill products sold as new are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase by a retail customer, when used, stored, inspected, and serviced as specified in the operating instructions provided with the product.
Coverage excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, non-standard application, acts of nature, lack of proper maintenance, improper care or storage, unauthorized repair or modification, and attachment to or integration into another product.
Our sole liability under this warranty is inspection, replacement, or repair of the product, at our discretion, within the period and on the terms above. Warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued before shipping, and must include the model, serial number, dealer invoice number, dated proof of resale, and a description of the failure. Returns must be sent freight prepaid in their original containers.
